Tire Shredding Machine—Second Generation
Efficient Tire Recycling at Normal Temperature
REPA’ssecond-generation tire shredding machine brings together advanced international technology and innovative design to make tire recycling faster, cleaner, and more efficient. It can process waste tires directly at room temperature , crushing them into 50×50 mm rubber blocks and then grinding them into 10–30 mesh rubber granules. Integrated wire and fiber separation ensures clean and uniform output, ready for further recycling or reuse.

How It Works
-
Feeding
Whole tires (car, truck, or OTR) are placed onto the conveyor belt. -
Shredding
The rotor and blades apply high torque cutting force to break the tire into blocks. -
Output Sorting
The shredded rubber blocks are discharged evenly for further grinding or steel separation. -
Next Processing Steps (Optional)
-
Steel wire removal
-
Rubber granulator for 1-5 mm rubber granules
-
Fine pulverizer for rubber powder (1-120 mesh)
-
FAQ
Q1: What size of tires can the shredder process?
